The staff is too stuffy and other than the pool you have to pay for any other service, including the thermal pool. Also, giving tips for getting some special dishes?

This venue was exceptional in fulfilling all of my luxurious needs. The Spa & wellness centre is the ideal place to relax and unwind with its fantastic massage and full body treatment options. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room are impressive and the outdoor swimming pool is a great location to relax under the sun. The various amenities provided were of high quality and well-maintained. The advantage of having a private facility in my room was exceptional, and the breakfast served in the restaurant was divine.

My only minor issue was the lack of information on the hotel's services and facilities provided. While the rooms were impressive, I would have liked more information on the check-in and checkout process as well as essential information on the restaurants on the property.

Located in the Eugenian hills, this hotel offers superb spa facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. You can even visit smaller restaurants in bathrobe or sportswear. The square nearby is lively, with stores and concerts every night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with robes and slippers provided.

The food in the dining room can be inconsistent and prepared in advance.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, which made us feel comfortable and safe. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pools, which were beautiful and warm. The breakfast was amazing, and there was a great variety of food, including sea foods, fish, and berries. The staff was helpful, competent, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's plumbing is old-fashioned and loud, with neighboring guests running baths at all hours. Room temperature was too hot and the radiator couldn't be turned off. Reception staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming. The dining room required a jacket to be worn for dinner and staff were condescending.
